The Vacuum Method is used to ensure minimal water wastage whenever possible. This method is a very effective way of removing sediment from the bottom of your tank. Especially on tanks that are maintained on a regular basis, which is at least every two to three years.
The vacuum method is used when your tank has too much water to loose. We can perform a vacuum at any water level, whether your tank is full to the top or only 30 centimetres of water remaining on the bottom. The Vacuum method is extremely effective for tanks that are maintained on a regular basis.
This method is performed similarly to cleaning the bottom of a swimming pool. We work from outside the tank via the man hole or inlet hole. We are not required to enter the tank with this method.
