The Full Scrub Discard is recommended when your tank water level is low or your water has been deemed as contaminated and all efforts to sanitise the water has failed.
When we are finished, your tank is left empty and perfectly clean ready of a fresh intake of water.
The excess water is removed from the tank and in the process the floor and the walls are scrubbed cleaned. We require at least 30 centimetres of water to be left in the tank to allow us to perform this service.
This method is normally performed before you take on a new load of water, before the wet season or if you have an alternative water supply. We would also use this method if your tank water is extremely discoloured and/ or the water quality is not suitable to be held in our storage facility.
